First off CK Corporation of Centerline Michigan will never sell any Step Van or Ice Cream truck we wouldn't use ourselves in our fleet of neighborhood Ice Cream Trucks. All Sales are completed by a licensed Michigan used car/truck dealer and follow the State guidelines for clean title transfer and dealership recommended sales guidelines and ethics policies. Ask about any warranties as most of our Used Step Vans sales are sold as is FOB our Centerline Mi lot. General Terms shown below:

	All Step Van and/or Ice Cream Truck buyers are expected to arrange their own financing and have a Step Van insurance binder prior to driving off lot.
	All sales are settled for cash, or by cashiers check, at time of purchase
	We can quote bonded shipment costs to any location worldwide on or Step Van sales for those buyers not in the Metro Detroit MI area.
	We recommend on-site inspection of any truck with a test drive prior to sale.
	Basic Step Vans, Ice Cream trucks and Cargo delivery truck sales have limited warranties and many are sold "as is where is" unless the buyer is told otherwise in writing.
